Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

EverydayAdvertise ("EverydayAdvertise", "we", "our", or "us") provides digital signage software for uploading media, scheduling content, managing display screens, and monitoring playback. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use everydayadvertise.com, the EverydayAdvertise dashboard, connected screen players, and related services.

Google user data summary: EverydayAdvertise uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate and identify the signed-in user. Google Drive integration is optional. When you choose Google Drive in the scheduling workspace, EverydayAdvertise accesses only the specific files you select for import into your EverydayAdvertise media library. EverydayAdvertise does not request broad access to all files in your Google Drive.

1. Information We Collect

Account information Email address, username, profile name, authentication provider, verification status, phone number if provided, billing/subscription state, and support contact details.
Dashboard and screen data Store names, screen names, pairing codes, playlist schedules, uploaded media, imported media, device status, display settings, and playback configuration.
Technical data Browser/device information, IP address, logs, error reports, cookies/session identifiers, and security/audit events needed to operate and protect the service.

2. Google Account and Google Drive Data

If you use Google Sign-In or connect Google Drive, EverydayAdvertise may request access to the following Google OAuth scopes:

How Google Drive data is used

How Google Drive data is stored and disconnected

3. How We Use Information

4. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We share information only as needed to operate EverydayAdvertise, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Service providers may include hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics/diagnostics, maps/geocoding, and authentication providers. Any service provider that processes personal information on our behalf is required to protect that information using safeguards that are at least equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy, and may process the information only for the services they provide to EverydayAdvertise.

5. Data Retention, Account Deletion, and Revoking Access

We retain account, billing, media, schedule, device, and technical data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

You may delete your EverydayAdvertise account and its associated personal data yourself, without contacting us:

You may also request deletion by contacting service@everydayadvertise.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal data and user-created content associated with the account, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or regulatory purposes.

If you connected Google Drive, you may disconnect Google Drive from EverydayAdvertise at any time. You may also revoke EverydayAdvertise’s access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking Google access prevents any future access to your Google Drive data, but media you previously selected and imported into EverydayAdvertise remains in your EverydayAdvertise media library until you delete that media or delete your account.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect access through authentication, access controls, session protection, encryption where appropriate, and operational monitoring.

7. Cookies and Sessions

EverydayAdvertise uses cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, secure OAuth connections, remember dashboard state, and support core service features. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent the dashboard from working correctly.

8. Children

EverydayAdvertise is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, integrations, or legal requirements change. If we materially change how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update this page and provide notice where appropriate.

10. Contact

For privacy questions, data requests, or Google user data questions, contact service@everydayadvertise.com.
